Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced project manager.
Required:
- Experience and thorough understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle
- Lead project team to deliver business and technical objectives on-time, within budget and to specification
- Report status, issues and risks according to PMO processes and schedule
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects in risk and dependency rich environment
- Experience in delivering technical solutions form concept, selection, installation, testing and implementation
- Background in business analysis not required but preferred
Personal Skills
- Comfortable relaying project details to C level senior management
- Engage directly with internal business clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into delivery plans.
- Collaborate with other project and program managers to manage project interdependencies.
- Establish positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, address issues and conduct pros and cons evaluations toward resolution
- Develop and gain agreement with stakeholders on project plans and budgets.
