Rian has recently joined the team at Beacon Technologies as a Senior Recruiter. Having over 11 years of experience recruiting national, regional and local talent she can and will find the best talent!  She is experienced in leading full life cycle recruitment for consulting, professional and executive positions across a variety of industries. She supports clients through the discovery of the ideal candidate profile and successful on-boarding and offer process. Her recruiting DNA allows her to identify the client needs quickly and strategize the best delivery solution all while making both the talent and client the top priority. Rian grew up in Eau Claire where she met her high school sweetheart Brian now (husband) and relocated to the Madison area to study Business Management and play basketball at Edgewood College. They have three children under the age of 6 and they keep the Uelmen family busy!  Her family are avid WI sports fans and enjoy spending time together. This summer Rian and Brian will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary.
